APPLICATIONS
Flame retardant construction. Engineered to meet stringent requirements of aviation industry - widely used for installing carpeting on interior floors and stairways of commercial aircraft. Recommended for service wherever flame retardancy and/or a rugged, heavy-duty double-coated tape is demanded. Examples: fastening automotive interior carpeting and vinyls. splicing foils. plastics. metals. cloth or glass. Ideal for commercial and institutional carpet installation work. especially on rough surfaces such as concrete or unfinished wooden floors. Often used for mounting kick plates to mount trim strips where walls meet pre-hung ceiling.
