Arlon MOX-Tape SA & SB Series – Reinforced Self-Fusing Silicone Tape
Kiepura Aviation is a specialist distributor of Arlon MOX-Tape SA and SB Series supported, rectangular, self-fusing silicone tapes.
Manufactured by Rogers Corporation (formerly Arlon-STD), MOX-Tape SA and SB Series feature a sinusoidal glass yarn web encapsulated in silicone rubber to provide controlled elongation. The tapes have a rectangular cross-section, are interleaved with quick-release film, and are self-bonding and self-fusing.

SA Series – Supported Controlled-Stretch Silicone Tape

Shelf Life and Shipment Documentation
MOX brand self-fusing silicone tapes have a stated shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Kiepura Aviation does not supply tape from stock with less than 75% remaining shelf life without customer approval. Customers needing more than 75% remaining shelf life should specify this when requesting a quote; greater than 95% is not guaranteed. Shelf-life extensions are not available.
Shipment documentation for MOX brand tapes includes Rogers Corporation quality assurance test report and certificate of conformance, Rogers (M)SDS, and Kiepura Aviation packing slip/material certification, as applicable. FAIR documents and FAA Form 8130-3 are not provided for these raw-material tapes.
